Consumers will be receive a free replacement bottle that features compliant child-resistant packaging and improved labeling. This replacement will serve as the only corrective Remedy.

Verification – Brief Disposal Video

To verify that the original product has been safely discarded and to prevent any potential misuse, consumers will be asked to submit a short video (5–10 seconds) that includes:

 (1) Opening the bottle and pouring out any remaining contents,
(2) A handwritten note displaying the consumer’s order number clearly visible in the frame, and
(3) The empty bottle being placed into a trash bin.

 This short video submission helps confirm the authenticity of the claim and ensures the remaining product has been properly disposed of. 

Consumers will also be requested to take a photo of the discarded empty bottle in the trash and upload both the video and photos via the Moralowen webform here.
